Jensen has experience in handling litigation and arbitration matters. He has represented listed entities and their subsidiaries in Hong Kong court proceedings and institutional arbitral proceedings seated in Hong Kong under HKIAC and CIETAC rules. He has particular experience in shareholders’ disputes, contractual disputes and cyber fraud disputes. Jensen has represented major banks and licensed security companies in handling Norwich Pharmacal and third-party disclosure applications, complex commercial disputes and urgent injunction applications. He has also advised listed companies and their senior management in unfair prejudice and defamation cases.

Jensen has secondment experience in a major bank in Hong Kong.
