Daniel O. Cherif is an associate in Reed Smith’s Global Corporate Group with the Private Equity Finance team resident in the New York office. Daniel has experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, direct lenders and other financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and cross-border lending transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations, mezzanine financings and other secured and unsecured transactions.

Prior to joining Reed Smith, Daniel was a finance associate at another international law firm.
