Clare is a senior real estate lawyer and is the Knowledge Management Lawyer for the UK Real Estate team. Clare uses her extensive subject matter knowledge to keep the group updated, to deliver training, client updates and in the preparation and maintenance of the precedents and know how used by the group.
Prior to joining the firm as a KM lawyer, Clare worked as a real estate lawyer at the London office of a US firm. Before that she spent 25 years at a Global Law firm advising on acquisitions and disposals, in particular within the retail sector, landlord and tenant matters, auction sales, distressed real estate transactions across varied sectors acting for Receivers and Administrators, real estate elements of CVAs and business sales.
