Kya is an associate in the Los Angeles office, and primarily focuses her practice on representing corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. Her insurance recovery experience extends to a wide variety of matters including directors and officers liability, broker malpractice liability, pharmaceutical and other products liability, and commercial general liability.

In addition, Kya is part of the firm’s global environmental, social and governance (ESG) practice.
