Jennifer has extensive experience working with owners of both improved and unimproved commercial properties, particularly with regard to acquisitions and dispositions. She regularly represents landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations, including retail shopping center, office, industrial, and medical/life science spaces. She also has experience in lease portfolio projects, development matters, mixed-use projects, schools, industrial assets, and retail spaces.

Assisting with financing transactions, Jennifer has also acted on behalf of borrowers and lenders in the course of their expansion and development endeavors.
