Louis d’Aramon is an associate in the Commercial Litigation department of the Paris office.
He is involved in civil and commercial litigation matters, particularly in insurance law and security interests, acting on behalf of both French and international groups. His areas of practice include disputes relating to contract performance, civil liability, and the enforcement of guarantees.
He also assists companies with emergency proceedings and enforcement measures (such as attachment orders, summary proceedings, and homologations), as well as in cases involving the termination of established commercial relationships.
Experienced in complex litigation, he supports his clients in developing litigation strategies both in France and internationally, working in coordination with foreign counsel.
Louis d’Aramon holds a Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and completed an LL.M. in business law at University College London. He also holds a degree from the Collège de droit at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
