Ryan is a member of Reed Smith's Records & E-Discovery Group. As an e-discovery attorney, Ryan’s responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing discovery material to determine responsiveness, privilege, criticality, and confidentiality. He often oversees the efforts of a review team as they review and analyze document collections, and works to cull collections through the use of refined search terms and advanced technologies. Ryan also assists with the compilation of key documents for deposition and trial preparation, drafting privilege logs, and has experience conducting custodian interviews. He has been closely involved in discovery matters involving commercial and antitrust litigations, regulatory investigations, and corporate due diligence.
