Roddy is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment group. He represents and advises employers on all employment law matters including, single plaintiff matters and class actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, and FEHA and PAGA claims. Roddy has experience representing management in union grievances involving discharge and contract disputes and advises employers on day-to-day employment-related issues.
Beyond employment disputes, he conducts training sessions and workshops on employment law topics such as sexual harassment (in English and Spanish), workplace investigations, and wage and hour compliance. Roddy also has experience in advising on potential employment risks and solutions in mergers and acquisitions.
Roddy is fluent in Spanish. He uses his bilingual skills to better serve clients in investigations, litigation, and employment policy audits.
