Todd has been an attorney in the Records & E-Discovery Group since the group’s establishment in 2011. He lends his 20+ years of e-discovery experience to matters in the healthcare, financial, banking, employment, anti-trust, and environmental fields.
Todd works in close partnership with litigation case teams on all phases of the e-discovery process, including initial collection of electronically stored information; early case assessment; review of documents for responsiveness, privilege, and key issues with subsequent productions and preparation of privilege logs; and various deposition and trial preparations. He trains, supervises, and QCs the work of review teams in a wide variety of document review projects.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Todd worked for over ten years at two large Pittsburgh law firms focusing on e-discovery issues arising from mass tort and multidistrict litigations.
