Pierre-Céols has advised a wide range of French and international clients in various industries, including construction, aeronautics, banking, energy, consumer goods, tech and health care.
He has developed specific expertise in asset-tracing and recovery, including asset-freezing, blocking the enforcement of guarantees, and the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in France.
He also represents companies and individuals in connection with all phases of FCPA investigations, as well as prosecutions before criminal courts, related to corruption, money laundering, workplace injury, etc. He also advises companies and their management on preventing criminal risks by carrying out audits and specific trainings.
