His responsibilities include supervising complex document review projects, managing responsiveness and privilege reviews, and preparing document productions and privilege logs to meet clients’ e-discovery obligations.
Michael also works closely with litigation and government regulatory case teams throughout the life cycle of a matter, often working directly with clients to identify relevant data sources and facilitate data collection, raising key discovery issues to aid in development of case strategy, and preparing discovery materials for use in depositions.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Michael worked for several other firms on e-discovery matters. In advance of receiving his law degree, he worked at a small firm on workers' compensation matters.
