Frank is a senior member of Reed Smith's Records & E-Discovery Group. With over ten years of document experience, he is responsible for supervising projects covering a broad range of subjects, including regulatory and agency investigations (SEC, FINRA, NRC), finance and banking litigation, contract disputes, product liability litigation, and non-litigation document reviews and analyses.
Frank's recent work for a manufacturing client, where he employed advanced search term methodologies in combination with predictive coding techniques to dramatically reduce a document population subject to review, resulted in significant cost savings for the client. He has also been involved with various multi-district litigation e-discovery projects, including a large-scale review for a global pharmaceutical company. Frank has assisted clients with record retention policies and schedules and, as a Senior E-Discovery Attorney, he also develops some of the Group's training and development programs.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Frank worked at a large Pittsburgh law firm dealing with insurance coverage, commercial, intellectual property, and various regulatory and agency matters.
