Margaux is an associate within the Transportation Industry Group, specializing in the resolution of dry shipping disputes. She supports clients on a wide range of contentious and advisory matters involving charterparties, bills of lading, and ship-sale and ship-management agreements, both in the English High Court and in arbitration. She acts for owners, charterers, managers, buyers and sellers of ships and cargo, as well as protection and indemnity insurance clubs. Margaux has broad experience in LMAA, LCIA and GAFTA arbitrations, as well as High Court and Court of Appeal litigation. She was also seconded to one of the largest mutual insurers in Europe, where she supported the Freight, Demurrage and Defence team in providing advice to its European members.
