Focusing on large-scale development work and high-value investment acquisitions and sales, Nick represents a broad range of clients, from private investors and entrepreneurs to developers, property companies and occupiers. He advises primarily in relation to the office, residential, strategic land, retail and leisure sectors, frequently combining all of these to advise on mixed-use developments.
