His practice covers the full range of pensions issues including scheme documentation, funding and covenant negotiations, employer “debts”, scheme mergers, sales and purchases, litigation and investment issues. Simon advises employers, trustees, life offices, investment managers, custodians, members and consultants.

Simon is also a director of the firm’s two independent pension trustee companies, Beaufort Trust Corporation and Independent Pension Trustee Limited.
