Addie practices intellectual property and commercial litigation, with substantial experience in cases involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition. Her practice also includes representing clients in complex commercial litigation relating to software licensing, breach of contract claims, fraud, and business-related torts.
Addie’s litigation experience includes handling cases involving computer software and hardware, printer cartridges, cellular telephone technology and design, DVD technology, mechanical devices, games, tire tread design, medical imaging, and a wide range of contractual disputes.
Addie has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including prosecuting and defending TROs and preliminary injunctions, discovery and e-discovery, claim construction, law and motion, pre-trial and trial.
