Josh regularly supports clients on the acquisition and disposal of properties and property portfolios of varying scales. He also has experience in advising on the financing aspects of real estate investments, as well as on property management matters, with experience acting from both the landlord and tenant perspectives.

With experience across a number of industries, Josh primarily advises clients investing in office, industrial, hotel and leisure, and retail assets. He acts for a broad range of corporate occupier and investor clients.
