Stacey is a paralegal in the Intellectual Property Group, and focuses on intellectual property (IP) issues, including the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patents and trademarks and other related intellectual property matters, including litigation and patent and trademark searching.
Stacey assists with monitoring and maintaining daily docket requirements for deadlines in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign patent and trademark offices, and coordinates the filing and prosecution of patent and trademark applications with foreign associates.
In addition to IP patent and trademark prosecution, Stacey has over 15 years experience in civil defense litigation, including Complex Litigation and Energy and Natural Resources, and is proficient in preparing and filing pre-trial motions and pleadings in state and federal courts, including courts handling IP matters.
