Bonnie is an associate in the Corporate group of the Hong Kong office. She qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2015. Bonnie’s practice focuses on corporate finance transactions and general commercial matters, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general compliance and transactional matters of Hong Kong-listed companies.

Bonnie is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
