Ellie has broad experience working on a variety of banking and finance matters, focusing in particular on fund finance (both capital call and Net Asset Value (NAV) facilities) general corporate lending, real estate finance and private credit transactions. She also has experience in acquisition, leveraged and project finance. Ellie regularly represents both borrowers and lenders (including alternative credit providers) across a range of different jurisdictions and sectors.

Ellie joined Reed Smith in January 2022 and is admitted in England & Wales.
