Aleksandra Johnson

Aleksandra (Aleks) is an associate in the Global Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on advising institutional investors in evaluating and negotiating investments in private equity, hedge funds, fund-of-funds and other alternative assets as well as private investment fund formation matters. Prior to her legal career, Aleks spent several years working in investment management. Aleks graduated first in her class from the University of Richmond School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Virginia.
