Shahrukh has experience representing alternative asset managers in the offering, formation, operation, and management of private funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, credit funds and fund-of-funds. He has experience advising secondaries buyers on liquidity transactions in traditional portfolio sales.

Additionally, Shahrukh advises private equity firms in connection with their investments across a range of industries, including oil and gas, industrials, and commercial real estate.

Shahrukh formerly worked at Blackstone and another global law firm in their investment funds practice, and was a high school teacher before law school.
