With more than five years of experience in e-discovery law, Marcin lends his strong background in computer science to Reed Smith's Records & E-Discovery Group. Marcin's responsibilities include supervising document review projects, ensuring their timely completion, and interfacing with the firm’s litigation teams on substantive and administrative needs related to e-discovery. He also assists with technical training of e-discovery attorneys on the various software platforms that the Records & E-Discovery Group uses on a daily basis and plays an active role in beta tests of new technology. Marcin has worked on discovery matters for multiple financial, insurance, medical, regulatory and intellectual property disputes.
