Beyond IP, Quynh represents clients in complex commercial litigation cases. She skillfully navigates disputes involving false advertising and deceptive business practices, unfair competition, invasion of privacy, breach of warranty, and other statutory and common law theories, adeptly handling cases in both state and federal court.
