Quynh’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation, specifically in the areas of trademark, trade secret, patent, and copyright. She represents clients across a variety of industries, including biotechnology, medical device, computer software, and consumer goods.
Beyond IP, Quynh represents clients in complex commercial litigation cases. She skillfully navigates disputes involving false advertising and deceptive business practices, unfair competition, invasion of privacy, breach of warranty, and other statutory and common law theories, adeptly handling cases in both state and federal court.
Quynh is an active advocate in the firm’s pro bono practice, with particular focus on immigration-related matters, demonstrating her commitment to serving the community and those in need.
During her time in law school, Quynh gained valuable clinical experience, offering her experience to entrepreneurs on corporate and IP matters, encompassing trademark advice, clearance, and registration. She also honed her skills as a Summer Associate at Reed Smith and a Washington-based law firm. Additionally, she gained in-house experience at Nintendo of America, broadening her perspective on the legal needs of corporations.
