Michelle is a senior litigation paralegal in the Global Commercial Disputes Group, focusing on all types of general litigation matters. She has particular experience in products liability and exposure litigation. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to, collection and organization of documents for review and production, deposition abstracts, preparation of expert and witness materials and notebooks for trials, mediations, arbitrations and hearings. She is proficient in the preparation of cases trials, mediations, arbitrations and hearings, including preparing exhibits, exhibit lists, deposition designations and pre-trial motions and filings.
