
Dylan is an associate in Reed Smith’s Labor and Employment Group. He has experience conducting legal research, drafting legal briefs and memoranda, and performing various litigation-related tasks. Dylan’s practice generally covers New Jersey employment law, ranging from discrimination actions and wage and hour disputes to general advice and counsel regarding employer compliance and best practices. Before joining Reed Smith, Dylan externed for the Honorable Judge Michael A. Shipp in the District of New Jersey, participated as a student advocate in Seton Hall’s District of New Jersey Settlement Conference Advocacy Program and served as an editor on the Seton Hall Law Review.
