Sarah is a financial services litigation associate in the Pittsburgh office. Her practice focuses on class and individual actions in the banking, consumer finance, and investment management industries. Sarah has managed complex and nuanced discovery matters in a wide variety of federal and state court disputes across the country.
While earning her J.D. at Penn State Law, Sarah served as Editor-in-Chief of the Penn State Law Review. Following law school, Sarah served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Kim R. Gibson in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. As a Law Clerk, Sarah drafted opinions, court orders, assisted the judge at and attended jury trials, hearings, and oral arguments, and served as case manager for 50 percent of all civil cases.
Sarah is a member of the Penn State Law Alumni Society Board and serves as an alumni mentor for current Penn State Law students. She also volunteers as a tutor to refugee students through Hello Neighbor’s Study Buddy Program. Further, Sarah provides pro bono services to clients in need related to name change petitions, reviews for expungement eligibility, and drafting estate planning documents.
