Maria is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group and concentrates her practice on commercial real estate transactions, development, zoning and land use matters. Maria has experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions representing clients with acquisitions, dispositions, sale/leasebacks, and leasing of office buildings, shopping centers, retail spaces, and other commercial properties. Her practice includes assisting purchasers and landlords with sale/leasebacks for single tenant and multi-property portfolio transactions nationwide.

While in law school, Maria was a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research and Writing program as well as the Production Editor for the Duquesne Law Review.
