DeAnna is a senior paralegal in the Global Commercial Disputes group and member of the firm’s Managed Care Team with a primary focus on assisting counsel with the representation of managed care organizations in complex, high-stakes arbitrations and litigation involving ERISA, RICO, the Affordable Care Act, claims-denials, prompt pay, bad faith, breach of contract, and a variety of common law claims in state and federal courts across the country.
