Mira acts for a variety of lender and borrower clients on fund finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance. Mira’s primary focus is advising banks and financial institutions on fund finance transactions. She has experience in advising lenders on the full range of fund finance products, and has acted on a wide range of fund finance transactions, including capital call facilities, SMAs, Net Asset Value (NAV) and ABL facilities, hybrid structures, and co-invest and GP support facilities.
In addition to ensuring that the firm delivers exceptional legal advice to clients and understands their commercial needs, Mira is interested in exploring how to deliver our services in a more cost-effective and efficient manner. Mira has been shortlisted as one of the Legal Technologist’s Top 10 Most Innovative Junior Lawyers (up to 5 PQE) in the UK, and recognized as a champion of technology and innovation within a law firm. She has been commended for driving technological change within a law firm and encouraging the adoption of technology to enhance collaboration with clients.
