As an associate in the Global Real Estate Group, Rebeka has experience working across a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
With a primary focus on commercial development, Rebeka supports on a range of ongoing projects, notably urban regeneration and large mixed-use schemes, renewable energy site developments, and city office redevelopments.
Rebeka also advises on property investment sales and purchases, and general property management queries. She has experience managing leasing and management matters for a number of key investor clients.
In addition to her real estate work, Rebeka also makes time to work with charity clients through the firm’s pro bono and community engagement efforts. Rebeka is accredited as a community mediator supporting the Tower Hamlets Mediation Project on a pro bono basis and leads the relationships with Liberty Advice Line and Charity Registration Project.
Rebeka works on cases for undocumented children who have the right to remain in the UK with Kids In Need of Defense UK, projects advising the victims of domestic violence, ending the death penalty, and advises various charity clients on property queries.
