Eilish is an associate in Reed Smith’s Transportation Industry Group. Based in Singapore, she acts for a variety of clients, including financial institutions, lessors and airlines, in asset and portfolio financing and refinancing (bilateral and syndicated lending), asset sales and purchases, aircraft leasing (operating leases and lease financings) and a range of other transactions. Her main focus is on the aviation and shipping sectors in the Asia Pacific region.
During her early career, Eilish gained significant in-house experience in aviation leasing and finance with Avolon, a leading global aircraft lessor, and went on to strengthen her broad private practice experience in M&A, private equity, banking and asset finance.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Eilish trained and then practised as a lawyer in Ireland’s leading and largest international law firms and recently completed the Certificate and Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance with The Law Society of Ireland.
Eilish is a dual qualified solicitor admitted in the Republic of Ireland and England & Wales.
