Noah is counsel in Reed Smith’s Labor & Employment Group. Noah’s practice focuses on defending privately and publicly held for-profit companies in employment and commercial disputes in state and federal courts, and administrative proceedings. Noah also works closely with in-house counsel and company management regarding day-to-day compliance and best practices.
In Noah's practice, he advises clients on compliance with laws affecting the workplace. His work includes advising on the ADEA, Title VII, ADA, FLSA, state wage and hour laws, and immigration compliance. Noah also drafts employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, restrictive covenants and separation agreements.
In addition to his work with agreements, Noah has experience counseling clients on a full range of employment needs related to mergers, acquisitions, diligence, and financing. This work includes compliance with federal, state and local law matters, wage and hour issues, immigration compliance, joint employer concerns, commission plan and vacation obligations, employee and independent contractor classification, workplace safety, WARN notification, applicable leave laws, and issues arising under various anti-discrimination provisions.
