Hilary focuses her practice on advising health care clients, including providers and industry investors, on a range of regulatory and compliance issues impacting their business. Leveraging her background in health policy and her Masters in Public Health, Hilary is able to help clients navigate complicated state and federal policies and regulations in support of operational and transactional needs.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Hilary served as an Independence Foundation Public Interest Law Fellow with the Pennsylvania Health Law Project (PHLP) where she focused on increasing access to mental and behavioral health care for children in Pennsylvania’s Medicaid program.
Previously, Hilary served as the Manager of Policy and Advocacy with the Camden Coalition, addressing barriers to care for individuals with complex health and social needs through data-driven state policy reform.
