Focusing his practice on banking and fund finance for borrowers, sponsors and lenders, Dimitrios advises international clients on acquisition facilities, general corporate lending and fund financing (including subscription line, NAV, hybrid, co-investment and general partner support facilities). Dimitrios regularly works with banks, investment banks, private credit institutions and private equity clients. Prior experience includes M&A and capital market transactions, anti-trust matters, and infrastructure projects.

Dimitrios’ helps clients by drafting and negotiating all financing documents, advising on appropriate financing structures and managing international legal and commercial teams.
