Hannah is an experienced litigator who represents employers in employment-related litigation and counsels employers on a variety of labor and employment matters. Hannah has experience representing employers in federal and state courts and has handled numerous matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, California Civil Rights Department, California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and other federal and state agencies.
Hannah’s litigation experience includes prosecuting and defending breach of contract, unfair competition, and trade secret misappropriation matters. She has wide-ranging experience representing employers in lawsuits and administrative charges involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour violations. In addition, she assists employers in conducting workplace investigations.
Hannah also advises employers on compliance obligations with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. She assists employers in developing and updating their employment policies and procedures, including employee handbooks, and she drafts and advises on a variety of agreements, including employment, confidentiality, restrictive covenant, and severance agreements.
Hannah is committed to serving her community through pro bono efforts. She has recently represented or provided legal advice to veterans, low-income Texans, and a nonprofit immigration firm.
