Catherine is a senior paralegal in the Life Sciences and Health Industry Group. Before coming to Reed Smith in 2018, she worked for another large D.C. law firm on several high-profile cases, including the Time Warner-AT&T merger and Wells Fargo Bank at a recent congressional hearing. Prior to that, Catherine was recruited by a law firm in Bermuda that represents a large financial banking institution to work on the Bernard L. Madoff Securities Ponzi scheme involving many of his offshore investments. She also has experience with several corporate matters, including Catalina Holdings Ltd. and the Cargill Companies from her tenure in Bermuda.
