Claudia is a member of the firm's Labor & Employment group. She counsels clients on a wide variety of workplace issues, including employment litigation, and has experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, and technology sectors. Claudia has significant experience defending employers against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination before courts and in arbitrations. She has also handled numerous wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters alleging overtime, minimum wage, meal and rest period, waiting time penalty and wage statement claims. Additionally, Claudia counsels and advises clients in all aspects of employment law, including issues relating to separation, handbooks and workplace policies, accommodations, leave requirements, and provides harassment prevention trainings.
