Michael joined Reed Smith in 2011 as a member of the Records & E-Discovery Group. In his role as an E-Discovery Associate, he works with case teams on specialized discovery needs, oversees quality control efforts, and collaborates with case teams to prepare document productions and privilege logs. Michael has worked extensively on several large multi-district litigations in the medical device and opioid litigation space as well as on government investigations of long-term care facilities and a wide variety of other types of litigation. His deep knowledge and experience with all aspects of document analysis and related tasks make Michael a valuable member of any litigation team, and it’s not unusual for him to remain actively involved with certain matters for the life cycle of the matter.
