His practice is focused on transactions within the music industry, with experience representing music companies, investors and talent on a broad range of matters including music catalog acquisitions and sales, recording, distribution, publishing and licensing deals, and a suite of talent-level transactions and agreements.

Cole has a depth of knowledge on music copyright law and regularly advises clients on new and evolving issues confronting the music industry and its various players.
