Karen’s experience includes setting up companies and UK Establishments, administration services, co-ordinating company filings, preparing minutes and resolutions, providing registered office and mail forwarding services and maintaining statutory registers, records and minute books. Additional services include assisting with the process of legalisation and notarisation of documents and corporate due diligence.

Karen provides services to a large number of international clients across many jurisdictions, as well as providing services to pro bono clients.
