In his role as an E-Discovery Associate, Jonathan assists case teams with document collection, responsiveness culling, and refinement of search terms to ensure the most efficient review volumes possible. Throughout review projects, he also supervises teams of document reviewers tasked with document analysis, redactions, and privilege log preparation, and helps to finalize productions. Recent matters have included financial services, shipping, contract, and intellectual property litigation as well as government investigations.
Prior to Reed Smith, Jonathan worked at a mid-sized Pittsburgh firm, where he served as a project manager for a complex document review involving a large class-action litigation. Previously, his practice focused on insurance defense as well as asbestos litigation, family law, and worker’s compensation matters.
