She practices general corporate and securities law, with a focus on representing companies in domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions. She has experience representing clients in a variety of corporate governance issues, including a review of their corporate documents and practices. She also advises publicly listed companies on ’34 Act reporting and compliance matters.
