Amie frequently acts as primary corporate counsel to companies at all stages of development, from bootstrapped start-ups to sponsor-backed portfolio companies. She advises dozens of venture and growth investors on their portfolio investments, including all corporate needs throughout the investment lifecycle. She also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements for consulting, nondisclosure, software licensing, product development, construction, outsourcing, distribution and collaboration.
