Richard’s practice focuses on Restructuring & Insolvency. He regularly advises clients in bankruptcy litigations, transactional and distressed finance matters, and debtor and creditors' rights. Richard has represented debtors, creditors, foreign representatives, agents, and other key stakeholders in numerous bankruptcy proceedings and out of court restructurings.

Representative matters

Represented foreign representatives in connection with a contentious Chapter 15 case to obtain recognition of a litigious Cayman Islands foreign liquidation proceeding.
Represented third-party administrative agent and collateral agent under $1.2 billion TLB facility in connection with the enforcement of secured lenders’ rights.
Represented foreign representatives in a Chapter 15 case to obtain recognition of Singapore restructuring proceeding.
