In addition, Richard regularly represents corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, indenture and securitization trustees, lessors and other parties in domestic and international corporate restructurings, liquidations, and distressed financings and acquisitions.

Richard was previously at Pashman, Stein, Walder, Hayden P.C. Richard received both his LL.M. in Bankruptcy and J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from Binghamton University.
