His experience includes syndicated and bilateral debt financings, asset portfolio sales and purchases, securitisations, capital markets products, joint ventures and restructurings, vessel sales and purchases, operating leases, pre-delivery payment financings, and lease novations. Rohan also has experience advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, including yacht and private jet construction contracts and management contracts.

Rohan has acted for major international banks, funds and private equity clients, shipowners and charterers, airlines and lessors, export credit agencies, private individuals, shipbuilders and aircraft manufacturers across the full spectrum of shipping and aviation deals.
