Daniel is counsel in Reed Smith's Miami office. His practice focuses on international litigation and arbitration as well as white-collar disputes in state and federal courts. Dan has worked with senior partners in all aspects of litigation, including strategy development, briefing, oral arguments, discovery management, settlement negotiations, and witness preparation. Practice areas include commercial, tort, real estate, class action, white collar defense, internal investigations, and general business matters. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Dan worked worked at the White House in IT support and then served as the Director of Information Systems for the Vice President.
