Anand is a dispute resolution lawyer with a particular focus on complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional disputes across sectors ranging from energy and natural resources, commodities, finance, aviation, healthcare, infrastructure, international trade, investment, joint ventures, entertainment and media, life sciences, transport and technology.
He also advises and acts for stakeholders in shareholder disputes, minority oppression claims and claims against fiduciaries.
He regularly appears in international commercial and investment arbitrations under the major institutional rules including ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, LCIA and UNCITRAL. He has also appeared before all levels of the Singapore courts with a particular focus on emergency and arbitration-related court proceedings.
