Elle is a partner based in London and widely recognised as a leading practitioner in digital and data law. She is co-chair of the firm’s global Entertainment & Media Industry Group.

An advisor on digital regulatory issues for 25 years, Elle supports clients on the complex intersection of emerging digital regulation, including compliance matters spanning privacy, online safety, security, kids’ protection, platform liability, consumer compliance, and AI. On the data protection side, this includes designing and implementing GDPR compliance programmes, managing security breach response, and providing data protection officer services.
