He has been successful in defeating and favorably resolving claims in a variety of employment-related cases, including claims under the California Private Attorneys General Act, wage and hour class-action claims, as well as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act.
Rafael also has substantial experience with suits alleging claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, defamation, misappropriation of trade secrets, and wrongful termination.
